Shipping Policy

SHIPPING TIME:

  • Processing Time: Custom photo jewelry orders take 4-5 business days to process.
  • Shipping & Delivery: Delivery usually takes 72 business hours (3 business days) from the date of dispatch, depending on your location. Please note that delivery may not occur on Sundays or public holidays.

SHIPPING RATES:

  • Prepaid Orders (PhonePe, UPI, Debit/Credit Card, Net-Banking): Enjoy free shipping on all prepaid orders. No additional shipping or handling charges will apply.
  • Partial COD (Cash on Delivery): A flat ₹200/- COD fee will be charged on orders. However, prepaid orders will continue to receive free shipping.

ORDER PROCESSING:

At Reflectra Jewels, we prioritize efficient order fulfillment and aim to dispatch all orders promptly.

SHIPPING TIME & DELIVERY:

  • Standard Delivery: For most serviceable pin codes, we aim to deliver your jewelry within 48-72 business hours after dispatch.
  • Tier 1 Cities: 48 business hours
  • Tier 2-3 Cities: 72 business hours
  • Village/Remote Areas: 3-4 business days

Important: Due to unforeseen circumstances like weather disruptions, remote location delays, or stocking issues, delivery may take longer. If your order is delayed, we will notify you via email and provide a tracking link to monitor the status.

For Personalized Jewelry, especially items like photo bracelets, rings, and necklaces, we strive to use faster shipping methods to ensure timely delivery.

If the original shipping address is unreachable via our couriers, we’ll require a new address for delivery via Bluedart, XpressBess, or EKart.


IMPORTANT NOTICE ABOUT COD ORDERS:

  • Failed COD Collection: If a COD order is not collected upon delivery, our support team will reach out to resolve the issue. However, re-shipping charges of ₹120/- will apply to cover the cost of sending the package again.
  • Refused COD Deliveries: If a COD order is outright refused, the product will be used for social media campaigns to recover the costs of production, packaging, personalization, shipping, and return delivery.

Personalized Jewelry Note: Personalized pieces are custom-made for you with your unique photo. Once returned, they cannot be resold or reused. Please ensure you’re available to collect the COD delivery as these products are made-to-order, and significant effort goes into creating each piece.


Important Notes

  1. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

    • If you fail to collect your COD order, our support team will contact you to resolve any issues. A re-shipping fee of ₹120 will apply.
    • In cases where COD orders are refused, Reflectra jewels reserves the right to use the product for marketing campaigns to offset costs related to production, personalization, packaging, and shipping.

  2. Why Personalized Items Can’t Be Returned:

    • Each piece is uniquely crafted with your specifications, making it one-of-a-kind and unsuitable for resale.
    • Please ensure you’re confident in your purchase before placing an order.
