Reflectra jewels Return Policy

At Reflectra jewels, we are confident that you’ll adore your personalized jewelry purchase! Due to the custom nature of these unique creations, refunds are not offered. However, we are here to assist with any issues you may face.

Personalized Orders :

  1. Order Processing :

    Once your order is placed, our manufacturing process begins within the hour to meet strict production and delivery timelines. Unfortunately, cancellations or refunds for personalized items are not possible.

  2. Facing an Issue? Here’s What to Do :

    • Escalate any concerns within 24 hours of receiving your package by emailing us at hello@reflectrajewels.com.
    • Ensure you provide:
      • A detailed unboxing video of the package (this is mandatory).
      • Your order ID and a description of the issue.
  3. Received the Wrong Product? Follow These Steps :

    • If you receive an incorrect product, Reflectra jewels will cover the shipping cost for the return and replacement. 
    • You can request the return and replacement in 48 hours, of delivery .
      post verification we will deliver the product to you within 4-5 working days.
    •  Submit photos and an unboxing video for verification. Without these, or in cases of malpractice, refund or replacement requests will not be processed.
    • Upon verification, you’ll receive in-store credits or a personalized coupon code. Please note that direct monetary refunds are not available for personalized items.
  4. Want to Return a Correct Product ?

    • Personalized products are made exclusively for you and cannot be resold. Therefore, returns are not accepted for correctly delivered items.

Return Exclusions

We cannot authorize returns for the following:

  • Personalized items: Products featuring initials, numbers, photos, or engravings.
  • Customized orders: Custom sizes, colors, lengths, or styles not listed on our site.

Important Notes

  1. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

    • If you fail to collect your COD order, our support team will contact you to resolve any issues. A re-shipping fee of ₹200 will apply.
    • In cases where COD orders are refused, Reflectra jewels reserves the right to use the product for marketing campaigns to offset costs related to production, personalization, packaging, and shipping.

  2. Why Personalized Items Can’t Be Returned:

    • Each piece is uniquely crafted with your specifications, making it one-of-a-kind and unsuitable for resale.
    • Please ensure you’re confident in your purchase before placing an order.
